The brief

Well known Beauty and Hair accessory brands were intrigued to find out about their target consumers shopping habits as well as potential new business opportunities. The basis of this research would provide key facts, figures and trends that could provide the Brand with solid information to then take back to the retailers.

Our approach

Prime Ambassadors are selected to cover numerous top selling stores to approach as many consumers as possible. Bespoke surveys were created and executed in store all on a mobile tablet device. Ambassadors are based within and outside a retail environment during peak weekend hours to reach as many potential respondents as possible.

The result

Valuable quantitative and qualitative data gathered as well as a full project report provided detailing trends and insight on a store by store and area basis. Prime provides brands with insightful data to improve their current market understanding and gain real consumer led opinions.
