Launching Kind Snacks in the UK

The brief

Prime were approached by Kind Snacks the US fastest growing snack bar to ensure full availability and visibility in stores for their UK launch.

Our approach

Prime Ambassadors were selected based on their merchandising and negotiation skills, whilst in store Ambassadors increased visibility on shelf as well as negotiating with store colleagues to ensure any required orders were placed to make sure Kind Snacks had full availability in preparation for their promotional offer.

The result

Kind Snacks visibility in store was improved by 80% within the project time-frame through Ambassador presence and 95% of stores had all 3 newly launched bars on shelf when Ambassadors left store.
