An engaging and exciting Rimmel Event Team

The brief

Represent Rimmel at Wilkinson's 2014 Autumn Conference to drive awareness of Rimmel’s Q4 range and demonstrate the new seasons key product launch, for Store Managers and Assistant Managers.

Our approach

Prime set up an event squad to excite, engage and enthuse Wilkinson's Store Manager's and Assistant Managers who were attending the conference. Primes event team were chosen based on their cosmetic experience as well as their excellent training and engagement skills.

Emphasis was placed on interaction and fun, the Q4 range was merchandised to planogram for great visual impact and all key products were on hand for the attendees to touch, feel and experience.

Being part of the Prime Rimmel Event squad was such an exciting project, I really enjoyed sharing my passion towards cosmetics to such a positive audience. Working with store managers and seeing how engaged they were with the new range was a very rewarding experience.

The result

Over 900 Wilkinson's Store and Assistant Managers were engaged during the conference, 91% of the total delegates. Positive feedback was received from 95% of Store and Assistant Managers who were briefed on the event stand. Store Managers and Assistant Managers were fully engaged with increased product knowledge ready to cascade their enthusiasm and new found product knowledge to their teams within stores. Stores have since requested for Prime's Event Squad to complete product training for their in store staff to drive long term sales for the brand.
